Dhaka Dental keeps your health records confidential. Only the clinicians and staff involved in your care can see them, and both paper and digital records are stored securely.

We use your information to provide treatment, prepare the invoices and reports you ask for, and meet our legal obligations in Bangladesh. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without your written permission.

You can ask for a copy of your records, ask us to correct them, and ask who they have been shared with. A full copy of this notice is available at the front desk.

When you send an appointment request, we collect your name, phone number, email and the reason for your visit so we can contact you. Please do not send detailed medical information through the website.

We use basic, privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising trackers.

We want everyone to be able to use this website and visit our studio. The site is designed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines, and the clinic is wheelchair accessible, with lift access from the ground floor.
