What to expect

Arrive ten minutes early so you can settle in. There is free tea, and nobody minds if you just sit for a bit.

Book and fill in one short form

Request a time online. We text you a secure link to your health history form, which takes about five minutes.

A conversation first

Your first visit starts in a consult room, not the chair. Tell us what is bothering you, what has gone wrong before, and what you want to get out of today.

Exam, x-rays and photos

We take low-dose digital x-rays and intraoral photos, then check your teeth, gums, bite and jaw. You see everything on screen as we go.

A written plan to take home

You leave with a plan in priority order and a cost estimate in Taka. Most people get a cleaning the same day.

Fees & payment

You will always get a written estimate before treatment. If anything changes during a procedure, we stop and ask first.

Itemised invoices and treatment reports for reimbursement. We work directly with several corporate panels.

0% instalments over 3, 6 or 12 months on major credit cards for treatment above ৳30,000.

৳1,500 a month covers two cleanings and exams, all routine x-rays, one emergency visit and 15% off treatment.

Do you accept insurance or corporate health plans?: Yes. We give you an itemised invoice and treatment report for reimbursement, and work directly with a number of corporate panels. Send us your plan details and we will check before your first visit.
I am nervous about the dentist. Can you help?: Most of our patients say the same thing. We offer longer appointments, a stop signal you control, noise-cancelling headphones, and nitrous oxide or oral sedation when needed.
Can I pay in instalments?: Yes. Treatment above ৳30,000 can be split into 0% instalments over 3, 6 or 12 months on major credit cards. Our care plan also covers routine visits for ৳1,500 a month.
How soon can I be seen?: New patients are usually seen within the same week. For pain or a broken tooth, send a request marked Emergency care before 12 pm for a same-day visit.
Do you see children?: Yes. We recommend a first visit by age one, and families can book back-to-back appointments to keep things simple.
Is parking available?: Parking is limited in Banani, so ride-share is often easiest. We send directions with every appointment confirmation.
